Lamika from Vampire Hunter D! I've looked so
long for a cel of her! In this cel, she's just met D for the first time
and says something along the lines of "oh well, you will die anyway." You
can see her earrings swing as she moves her head. |

I couldn't believe when a nicer Lamika appeared
on the scene. I just had to have her -- even after a night's sleep and
I meditated on it for a while. I guess it was mean to be. |

Hunter D. Click on the pic on the left to take you to the two scans I've
bothered to put up (it's such a pain to scan every little thing in -- especially
when they are nearly identical!). The second sketch is really nice and
you can tell a big difference between the level of animators working on
the sequence! |
