This is a flashback cel of chibi Sae -- the protagonist of Mahou Tsukai
Tai. When I showed this cel to a friend of mine, she exclaimed that it
put Precious Moments to shame. I do have to agree. If you take a look at
the larger scan, you might find the need to go brush your teeth afterwards
because it is so sweet. |

A cel of everybody else in Maho Tsukai Tai! I thought I'd never be
able to find a cel with Akane in it (let alone Takeo and his "admirer"!)
Such a funny scene too! The more I watch the OVAs the more I'm amazed at
the animation quality. This series is just so great! If you want to know

A cel of everybody =plus= Sae! I like the fact
that you can see Sae's wand and in general the cel makes a nice companion
to the cel above. |

Akane-chan and Sae -- I had missed this cel on
Taro so I'm very pleased that it showed up again. Akane has just made an
unwanted suitor turn into a balloon (while spinning of course) while Sae
looks on, shocked. |

A great cel of the manga club president. I really love the expression
on her face and she doesn't look too exaggerated (umm, you know what I
mean). Two layers which are unfortunately stuck. If you want to see the

I can't believe I have yet another cel of this
character. But the background was too tempting. Sakura blossoms -- oh the
cliche of it! If you look closely you can see a few petals floating around
the figure. Thankfully, he's all a blob of white so I don't have to fool

I can't tell you much about this mysterious figure without giving away
some spoilers (have you heard enough? Go get a copy for yourself!). Still,
the cel is almost impossible to scan correctly, so I've provided the sketch
right next to it so you can get a sense of what it looks like in person
-- absolutely beautiful! |

Boy these are a pain to scan in. At least I don't have to worry about
line fading ^^;; Here's a closeup of the mysterious figure. I scanned on
black and tried to brighten the colors a bit to give a better sense of
shape -- otherwise, he's a big blob of white! |

Here's a very silly cel which came as a companion
to one of the cels above. As you can tell from the thumbnail, I provided
a little detail of the "star" of the cel -- the probe from the alien bell.
For such a simple cel, it's really thick and involved! |

and Aburetsubo riding a broom around school. Nanaka has such a lovely expression
of delight. |

Tai OVA (I think) where Sae gently floats down to the journalist's boat.
The sequence is about 19 pages long but I've only scanned in the most complete
pics. I'm not sure if I've put them in correct sequence. |
