Shayla Shayla from El Hazard OVA 2. I like this
cel for so many reasons: First, it accomplishes something that is difficult
for a still image to convey without looking distorted: action. Second,
I like her character and third the background is really cool and matches
too! (This was verified by the accompanying genga
-- her expression in this sketch is really wacky and I'm glad they changed
it ^^;;. Also check out a closeup of the little stamped image on the corner
of the layout genga here.) BG is much more
turquoise than my scanner could handle. |
