I generally prefer full-figure shots where you can see their clothing or the action more clearly, although I'm not averse to close-ups of faces. I also prefer more "animated" (pun intended) expressions of the characters.
I'm willing to pay top dollar for an excellent cel of the following:

Almost any cel from Kiki's Delivery Service. Preferably one with her broom and with Jiji but not necessary!

A nice cel from Porco Rosso. I'll consider most anything except for an expensive close-up of Porco himself. Gina, Fio, planes, or villains -- doesn't matter.

Laputa -- anything -- however, Dola, the woman pirate with the "heart of gold," is high on my list.

Omoide Poroporo -- the children just crack me up in the film but I'll take almost anything from this movie.

Nausicaa -- I would really like a cel of Kurotawa, the red-headed guy. He looks like every other Miyazaki villain but he's much more exasperated in this series. I'm not looking to break the bank with him but think a small full size figure would be within my reach.

Mononoke Hime: I must face facts and admit that I want a cel from this movie. Will pay a decent amount. Eboshi (especially in the "this is how you kill a god" outfit) and Ashitaka on Yakkul.

Lupin III: Castle of Cagliostoro: Okay, I'm dreaming but isn't there a Fujiko out there for me? :)

Why can't I love the less expensive series? (*sigh*) Oh well, if you happen to own or come across one of the following, please let me know asap!

Kenshin -- with sword
                 with scary Battousai eyes

Here's a screen cap of the scene where Kenshin is playing with the kids! (specifically when they put soap bunny ears on top of his head -- cracks me up!). I'd greatly prefer Kenshin and Kids. Lack of background or foreground is OK. (many thanks to Drac for scapping these for me ^_^)

Other characters/series (eyes open/usually I want to see the full figure):

Utena: a nice cel of Nanami wearing her yellow and purple "party dress" (with the big bow) where she wants to get revenge on a hapless Anthy.

Vampire Hunter D OVA: Good cel of D, preferably full body, action shot. Eyes don't have to be open.

They Were 11: ANYTHING. They are really hard to find!

Sailormoon: Sailor Pluto. Been looking for years for one of her that I like.

Mahou Tsukai Tai: (OVA, of course)
Akane-chan with eyes open -- must be a good hair shot too.
Jeff-kun (the teddy-bear)
a good cel of Takeo (not "squishy")
My most desired cels from this series:
OP cels (especially the puppets!) and the tome cel of Miyama (as a snake) and Takeo (a very scared frog).

Kyudo cels: anybody practicing the Japanese martial art of kyudo (Japanese archery) would be most appreciated! I know that Card Captor Sakura, Gasaraki, and Clamp Campus Detectives have this sport sometimes. If you know of any others, please let me know!
