Internet Guide to Anime Cels is a wonderful starting place for any novice collector even though it hasn't been updated for a while. You can still find information there.Animanga cels forum is a bulletin board where you can ask collectors from all over the world anything about anime cels. Seach the archives for information or jump right into the fray and have fun! Run by the very knowledgeable Yann Stettler who also provides a huge site of information services on Animanga
Also check out the "unofficial" #anime-cel page -- dedicated to getting YOU into the cels forum chatroom! Step-by-step directions are provided by the helpful Keys. Hit this button to take you to that page. Hope to see you there!
Queen Serenity's Anime cel gallery has simply the most beautiful collection of Sailor Moon cels I've seen. The gallery is rotated so check back often for many lovely suprises! Also stop by her link list of Sailor Moon galleries! *New Link*gdpj's The Parrots' Tales holds an amazing collection. There's not an uninteresting cel in the batch! Be prepared to be blown away by the sheer numbers of cels! But definitely look at his Miyazaki cels (as well as Record of the Lodoss Wars and Miyu)
Orange Road galleries are mind-boggling in scope. Be sure to look at the Kiki sections because you won't find such a huge collection anywhere else!
Drac's Blackhouse has lots of cels from many different series. The Sailor Pluto cels are quite nice ^_^ Plus there are fabulous Miyu and Psychic Force cels. (Don't know what Psychic Force is? Then take a look!) *New Link!*
Christy's cels has wonderful Sailor Moon cels and an extensive for sale page. I've bought several cels from Christy and have been very happy with everything.
Mei's Little World of Cels is not so little but it has lots of cute cels of Mei (from Totoro). Check out wonderful Kiki and Porco Rosso cels as well. Overall the collection is dazzling and I know you will enjoy the variety there.*New*
Men without Tails cel gallery focuses on Dragonball cels (Kuririn, in particular) and Lost Universe. She's got lots of other nice cels and her running commentary always makes me laugh! Currently down :(
Sir Migg's Domain: How can I not love a gallery that also collects Omoide Poroporo? (not to mention other Ghibli cels) A nice, growing gallery -- go check it out! *New*
Trebuchet's cel gallery has lots of cels from many different shows although has some really gorgeous Violinist of Hameln, Utena and SM cels (I LOVE those Sailor Pluto!)
Non-Anime Links:
These are my pals!Miss Kate's page has lots to see -- if you ever wanted to know anything about Iceland, Hello Kitty, and horror fiction, here's the place to go!
Mr. Gene's page will lead you to the "dark" corners of academic theory on comics/comix scholarship. Very cool stuff.
Paul and Tracy's evil sponge page has reviews of current movies, albums, and Atlanta bands. Even if you don't know the bands, the commentary will make you wish you lived in the Empire state of the South (my hometown!).
PJKane's Postlibyan Production is the aforementioned Paul and he trades bootlegs all over the world from such musical groups as the Cocteau Twins.
